In order to register for the conference, you have to log-in to the system with a login name and password that you should save and remember, as that password will enable you to edit your registration and make all the necessary changes you wish to until 29 October 2021. After that date, all changes and new registrations must be emailed to the Conference Technical Secretariat firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you forget your password, please enter your email address and the system will send you a new one. Should you need help on how to use the registration and hotel reservation system, please send a message to email@example.com.
Registration fee includes: scientific sessions, documentation, certificate of attendance, coffees and lunches.
All cancellations should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received before 18 October 2021 will incur a cancellation fee of 50€ as management expenses. After that date, the delegate fee will be non- refundable.
